The location of Frattina Rooms was absolutely fantastic. We were just a short walk away from major attractions like the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum. It made exploring Rome so convenient. The room itself was clean and tidy, and we were provided with all the necessary toiletries. The added bonus of having a kitchenette and minibar in the room was also great. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. we had a fantastic stay at Frattina Rooms and would highly recommend it to others.

This hotel is a hidden gem in an amazing area of Rome. The value for money is fantastic, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location on a pedestrian road is perfect - right in the heart of the vibrant Spagna neighborhood. The rooms, with big windows and a view of the popular via Frattina, are comfortable and equipped with a small kitchen, which is very useful. Plus, waking up to the sound of a violine player on the street is simply magical. The basic amenities are all provided, and the breakfast is a great start to the day.
No major faults, everything was hunky-dory at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and close to all the main attractions. the rooms are comfortable, modern, and very clean. the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. the tea making facilities in the room and the mini-fridge are great amenities to have.
The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement. the noise from the adjacent rooms can be heard clearly and can be quite disruptive at times.

The location couldn't be beat, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many famous landmarks. Loved the fact that there was a fixed rate taxi ride to and from the airport. the bed and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep before my busy workdays.
The noise level was a major issue. the walls were thin and poorly soundproofed, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Really enjoyed the proximity to great attractions. Within walking distance to all the highlights. The in-room snacks and tea/coffee were a nice touch. The bed was perfect for a good night's sleep.
The walls looked dirty and could definitely use a paint touch up. No staff available for early checkout at 7:30 am and it was confusing what to do with the key.
